You have received a signed certificate from a Certificate Authority. When you attempt to merge the certificate into the key ring file, however, the following error appears: "Cannot find certificate issuer among trusted roots".
This error occurs because option #3 was selected instead of option #4. To merge a signed certificate into a key ring file, select option #4 "Install Certificate into Key Ring".
